After completing payment through the secure link provided to you, you will receive an email containing a connection link. This link allows you to join your consultation with the doctor at the scheduled time.
14. I have international / traveler’s insurance. Will I need to pay for my visit?
We are a private medical facility, and payment is required at the time of your visit. Following your consultation, we will issue a digital invoice that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, subject to your policy terms.
